From waves crashing on unspoiled beaches to the chatter of migratory birds to live symphony, spring on the Olympic Peninsula is music to the ears.

The annual Olympic Peninsula BirdFest will take place April 4-6. This three-day bird watching extravaganza offers birders of all levels the opportunity to observe the returning migratory birds via a series of expert-led field trips, boat excursions and presentations around the Olympic Peninsula. Spend the week living, learning, and jamming with masters of North American fiddling traditions. The Festival of American Fiddle Tunes total-immersion workshop presenting many regional styles of fiddle music. The program’s particularly wide spectrum includes workshop classes, band lab classes, tutorials, dances, concerts, open jams, parties, and informal and spontaneous gatherings.
